Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

We offer delivery to all regions of the United Arab Emirates. To most of the main cities like Dubai, Abu-Dabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Fujairah and Um Al Quwain. We will deliver within 2-3 working days.

Delivery for western region/remote areas is 4-7 working days, for more details on delivery schedule please contact us.


AED 25 shipping fee will be charged for orders below AED 1000.

For orders over AED 2500 are shipped for free.


If you want to cancel your order, please contact the customer service. However, items that have already been processed for shipping will be dealt with as a return. Please check “Return” policy below for more information.

Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a hassle-free return policy within the GCC. Customer can return or replace the product within 14 days from the date of invoicing. ,except for consumable products, as long as they are unused and in the original packaging.

Customer can return the product within 7 days from the date of invoicing for any manufacturing defects or shipping damages

Replacement request can be raised through our customer service in case if wrong product is delivered.

If you paid:

By Credit / Debit card, we will process the refund by crediting within 7-14 working days, to the same credit/debit card used during the order process

Bank Wire, will do a bank wire transfer to the same account it was processed from, within 7-14 working days


  1. Item should be in a UNUSED condition.
  2. It MUST be returned in the original box

Please contact our Customer Service before returning an item so a return authorization can be created.

Warranty Policy:

Warranty period: warrants all the equipment for its parts (except ) and services for the duration of one year, commencing from the date of invoicing.  

Water damages are not covered under warranty

Damages:  The damages covered under the warranty are manufacturer defects, regardless of the good installation and usage of the product in accordance with the manual. Any other damages including water damage or misuse will be charged and will be dealt with in maintenance department as mentioned in the manual.

Exception:  Warranty will not be valid if the equipment had been serviced by a vendor other than “Coffee Tools” or an unauthorized service center.

Maintenance:  If a manufacturer defect appears during the warranty period, all the maintenance and services, which includes returning the machine to the client, will be free of charge.

User responsibility: The warranty is valid only if there is a serial number for the product, hence please make sure that the serial number on the equipment is not tampered with in any manner and that it is readable.

The warranty doesn’t cover outside and only valid for the “Coffee Tools” invoice holder

Please note that all mentioned above is not included in spare part services.
